Resumen
Este artículo se presenta como una reflexión comprometida y original y conectada con los ODS entorno a la importancia que tiene la comunicación accesible e inclusiva en el ámbito del Trabajo Social, y que es abordada desde una perspectiva humanista apoyada por la normativa y bibliografía de referencia que fundamentan adecuadamente la propuesta de la comunicación sentiente como estrategia profesional. En ella podemos encontrar la articulación entre derechos humanos, políticas públicas, práctica profesional y sensibilidad social, lo que lo convierte en un aporte relevante para repensar la intervención social desde la comunicación como herramienta de transformación. Incluye además un decálogo reflexivo que contiene las leyes de la comunicación como base del bienestar social.
This article is presented as a committed and original reflection, connected to the SDGs, on the importance of accessible and inclusive communication in the field of social work. It is approached from a humanistic perspective supported by regulations and reference literature that adequately substantiate the proposal of sentient communication as a professional strategy. It explores the articulation between human rights, public policies, professional practice, and social sensitivity, making it a relevant contribution to rethinking social intervention through communication as a tool for transformation. It also includes a reflective decalogue containing the laws of communication as the foundation of social well-being
