Resumen
La pandemia que atraviesa el mundo presenta características que la califican sin precedente alguno. La mayoría de las investigaciones sobre epidemias y pandemias focalizaron sus estudios en variables psicopatológicas lo cual produjo desconocimiento al respecto de las consecuencias sobre las variables psíquicas salugénicas. El objetivo del presente estudio fue estudiar la salud mental positiva durante el confinamiento por Sars-Cov-2 en adultos argentinos. La muestra estuvo conformada por 941 participantes con una edad promedio fue de 33.77 (DE= 14.14; 78.5% mujeres, 20.8% varones). Los resultados informaron que una gran parte de la muestra presentó niveles de salud mental moderados, un porcentaje significativo una salud mental floreciente, mientras un porcentaje menor reportó niveles de salud mental languideciente. Se concluye que la forma en que la situación es autopercibida por los sujetos influye en sus niveles de su salud mental.
