En las recientes reformas que ha sufrido la Ley Concursal (RDL 4/2014 de 5 de septiembre y Ley 17/2014, de 20 de septiembre) se ha abordado la regulación de segunda oportunidad del deudor persona natural Este trabajo presenta un análisis preliminar de las reglas sobre segunda oportunidad y exoneración de deudas del deudor individual y su extensión al cónyuge del concursado en el marco del consorcio conyugal.
Recent reforms of the Bankruptcy Act (RDL 4/2014 of 5 September and Law 17/2014 of 20 September) have addressed the regulation of the fresh start for individual debtors. The article presents a preliminary analysis of the rules on fresh start and debt relief for individual debtors and the extension of the exoneration to the insolvent debtor’s spouse on the Aragonese marriage consortium.
