Resumen
Blockchain has become more relevant in the efficient and secure management of the supply chain, due to the grown importance that companies give to ensuring the transparency and traceability of all the movements made in each of the links of the supply chain. In this article, a study of the blockchain practices carried out by different companies from various sectors, come to infer that traceability, security, and cost reduction are the main objectives when companies decide to tackle projects of this nature. Another issue that can be deduced is that companies generally look for partners specialized in this sector to help them implement these projects, thus sharing both the knowledge generated and the development costs of the projects.
