La postura del Tribunal Constitucional español es compleja en sí misma por las dudas que plantea, dejando traslucir, se podría decir, cierta indecisión en cuanto a su propia naturaleza de juez comunitario. Considerando la diferente perspectiva que mantiene el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, se puede deducir una especie de relación en la arquitectura judicial europea que está llamada a ser dialéctica y de equilibrio, máxime en una Unión Europea donde también el poder político reside en un sistema de equilibrios en diferentes direccionesW e intend to approach ourselves to the position of the Spanish Constitutional Court about the European Union Law.
