La situación problemática investigada en este Trabajo Fin de Máster es la orientación vocacional en las diferentes etapas de la vida y como influye esta en la elección profesional, concretando más en la etapa de la juventud, porque es en ella donde se desencadenan más dudas sobre la elección profesional. Una vez analizado el marco teórico sobre la orientación vocacional y la elección profesional, se ha desarrollado un programa de intervención para abordar esta situación desde los Servicios Públicos de Empleo. La propuesta de intervención está enfocada en proporcionar habilidades y recursos necesarios a la juventud para abordar la situación de elección profesional. Se procura dar una respuesta a las necesidades de las personas jóvenes que acuden a los servicios de orientación profesional de las oficinas de empleo pertenecientes a los Servicios Públicos de Empleo para lograr que tomen decisiones de elección profesional con conciencia y conocimiento sobre sus valores, intereses y situación del mercado de trabajo.
The problematic situation investigated in this master’s thesis is vocational orientation in the different stages and how it influences the professional choice, specifically in the stage of youth, because it is there where more doubts about the professional choice are triggered. Once the theoretical framework on vocational guidance and professional choice has been analysed, an intervention program has been developed to address this situation. The intervention proposal is focused on providing necessary skills and resources to youth to address the situation of professional choice. An attempt is made to respond to the needs of young people who come to the professional guidance services of the employment offices belonging to the Public Employment Services to ensure that they make professional choice decisions with awareness and knowledge about their values, interests and labour market situation.
