The theoretical framework of the discussion is Meaning-Text Theory [=MTT]. The main objective of this study is to analyse the lexical and semantic phrasemes and their relationship with the pragmatic phrasemes through a corpus of the sports field in French and Spanish. This corpus has been selected from the French bimonthly magazine Sport et Vie, a journal specialized in the physiology of effort and sport in society.
