Las fuentes primarias del estudio son las Constituciones y Reglamentos colegiales. Los objetivos son mostrar la religiosidad como elemento transversal en la historia del Colegio y la evolución de los planes de estudios de sus alumnas desde sus inicios hasta 1888, año en que las religiosas de la Compañía de santa Teresa de Jesús dirigieron el centro educativo hasta su cierre en 2023.This work focuses on one of the initiatives of the Holy, Royal, and Pontifical Brotherhood of Refuge and Piety of Madrid: The College for Orphan Girls of the Immaculate Conception, was founded in 1651 and entrusted to a female rector and secular teachers.
