Esto confiere al derecho una significación una, de alguna manera, a medio camino entre la simple univocidad genérico-científica y la confusa equivocidad casual y metafórica.The object of the present work is the constitution, across one topic of the current language guided by the principle of non-contradiction and causal analysis, of the objective minimal unit that gives reason of both great manners which articulate the law according to Aristotle (the final mode of law or «law as just» and the formal mode implicit and explicit of law or «law as justice and positive law»), as well as the common nature to all of them: the proportional equality.
