La alarma social provocada, junto con el aumento de los desahucios ligados al impago del alquiler, ha derivado .en la publicación del Real Decreto-ley 7/2019, de 1 de marzo, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda y alquiler. En este trabajo se analizan algunas de las reformas de la nueva normativa y su incidencia en la actividad de las entidades con una cartera de inmuebles cuyo destino es el alquiler residencial.The quick growth of the rental price and the tourist rental boom in some Spanish cities has popularized terms such as "rent bubble", "stressed areas" or, the English term, "gentrification". The social alarm generated, along with the increase in evictions linked to non-payment of rent, has led to the publication of Royal Decree-Law 7/2019, of March 1, on urgent measures regarding housing and rent.
