El objetivo del presente trabajo es abordar las contribuciones del proyecto europeo CIRGEN a la historiografía sobre la Ilustración, el género y la Historia Global. Se esbozan algunas de las líneas más importantes en las que este proyecto ha contribuido a actualizar nociones como cosmopolitismo, mediación cultural, sensibilidad, circulación o redes de conocimiento, mediante el intenso y activo trabajo del grupo de historiadoras que componen el equipo.
The aim of this paper is to address the contributions of the European project CIRGEN to the historiography on the Enlightenment, gender and Global History. We outline some of the most important lines in which this project has contributed to update notions such as Cosmopolitism, cultural mediation, sensibility, circulation or knowledge networks, through the intense and active work of the group of historians who compose the team.
